The alpaca, NPA Peruvian Senja was named after our daughter, Senja! Senja is also the name of a Norwegian island. With the purchase of NPA Peruvian Senja, we are thrilled to finally welcome the second Island girl into our family! Thank you Plateau Breeze Alpacas!
NPA Peruvian Senja started her breeding career off in 2019 with solid fiber stats of 15.8 microns, SD 3.8, CV 24.4.
Senja isn’t only the stunning daughter of the incredibly bright and dense NPA Peruvian Orion Suave, but also the granddaughter of S&L Peruvian Bandito, son of the famous Black Epic. Senja is sure to throw stunning crias considering her genetics that blend Black Magic, 5Peruvian Klassique Grey, CPeruvian Silvino with Peruvian Hemingway, Pperunian Caligula and 6Peruvian Accoyo Titan.
She is bred to Snowmass Defiance son, Snow Diamond Pandemonium for a fall 2022 cria.
Senja’s sire, NPA Peruvian Orion Suave, has a gorgeous head and a solid conformation! His fleece is bright and soft, with an excellent staple length and crimp to the tips. He has a high amplitude, medium frequency crimp style and great density in relation to his fineness. His dam, Sara, is a Pulitzer daughter and a Titan granddaughter. His sire is the well known DDF Rico Suave, who has passed.
Senja is bred to Snowmass Defiance son, Snow Diamond Pandemonium for a Fall 2022 cria. Pandemonium is a fine-fibered gorgeous herd sire. His 2019 fiber stats are, AFD 13.3, SD 2.9, CV 21.7 and >30 0.3.
At the ABR Fall Fest Fleece Show, AOA judge, Diana Timmerman noted his nice crimp amplitude, excellent hand and high degree of brightness and staple length!

Senja had a stunning cria, PBR Pandemonium’s Arctic Chaos, aka “Ace”, during one of our cold spells in November 2022.
Bred to Xanadu One Singular Sensation, Senja produced a gorgeous girl (Summer 2025) She looks like mom, but a little darker, and she has one small black spot!
She has been bred to Illini’s Morpheus for a Fall 2025 cria! This cria should be a spectacular little wildcard! Her cria was a little early and HE is a handsome harlequin appaloosa with some markings reminiscent of his grandsire, Confetti!
