Xanadu P Aristide

Huacaya Herdsire (Male) Beige

DOB: 9/10/201213 yrs
Simply exceptional in every way. Aristide's fleece has drawn gasps and glowing praise from every major judge. He comes from 5 generations of Xanadu Farm champions and it shows. We'll be glad to send you fleece samples to help you start your analysis. We co-own his full brother, Xanadu P Adorno, so we have Aristide for sale, but until then he'll be working for us, and he has his first cria coming fall 2015 and he has ladies lined up. . Spotalicious!

Willowwind’ Pied Marquis

Huacaya Herdsire (Male) Beige, Dark Fawn

AOA# 36142354 DOB: 7/20/20214 yrs
Talk about perfectly spotted! Marquis is a solidly built 3rd generation Appaloosa, displaying exceptional fleece characteristics, just like his sire, WWLH Lakota. And…so far, Lakota seems to be as close to homozygous as it gets! Marquis’ dam is nothing to scoff at either. We are thrilled with the purchase of Maroon Bells from Xanadu Farms!

Mari is another gorgeous Aristide daughter. He is no longer in the US.
Her fleece is fine, dense and loaded with crimp. As a juvie she took 2nd place at the AOA National show, and 1st place in halter at the MoPaca show.

She was bred to Color Champion, Snowmass Lover’s Spartan, and had an absolutely gorgeous fawn female (8/22). Her daughter, Spartan’s Zara, is one of our best! We can’t wait to get her in the show ring.

Mari, bred to Dancing Elk’s One Moment in Time (for a summer 2023 cria) produced a gorgeous, bright, maroon-brown colored fleeced male cria.
She was bred to El Comandante, aka Commander, for a 2024 cria. Unfortunately she reabsorbed this pregnancy.
Maroon Bells, bred to Marquis for a summer 2025 cria, produced a fawn and white male cria with an interesting color pattern. He’ll be a fun one to watch.
